When I was in Singapore, my cousin Kooki, who is always hungry every after 50-meter walk, always asks for ‘chicken rice.’
Curious about this chicken rice, it was what I ordered on my last meal at SG. I found out that it was called Hainanese Chicken Rice and it really is a popular dish in Singapore. And when I mean popular, it was like every other stall in food court have chicken rice on their menu. And it is a delish food anyone wouldn’t want to miss.
And I found a very useful site to those who wants to cook this at home: Click here.
I’m craving for chicken rice and I want to try to cook it as soon as I can. Or maybe go to Orchard Road, a restaurant in SM Megamall with Singaporean dishes.
